3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:
- Unreachable contact number
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
The courier will attempt a redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
